I’m Harry Kroll and I’m an college student from Winnetka, Illinois. I’m a slacker at heart, and do things like create a blog with my best friend instead of doing homework. Despite my tendencies to disregard schoolwork, I came out of New Trier High School pretty well and attend the University of Miami studying Advertising and Sports Administration. (You better know I’m talking about the U and not that little school in Oxford, Ohio that no one outside of Ohio or Chicago’s northern suburbs attends.)
Why would I create a blog with two of my best friends to just write about whatever I may be thinking about at the moment? The better question is why it took me so long to do so. I’ve been writing since I learned how to string letters into words and words into a sentence; everyone around me will definitely appreciate me putting my two cents down in this blog instead of running my mouth off to them all day.
What can you expect from me on this blog? Honestly, I’m not sure what to expect myself, but I know it’s going to be fun. Matt, Bob and I created this to write about whatever’s on our minds. We’re big sports fans, so you can definitely expect heavy doses of that. I’m pretty politically active, so that should come into play as well. Maybe I’ll even find the work ethic to do some recurring features. But most of the time, it’s going to be pretty random and unpredictable. What you can expect to always see is coherent thoughts and writing you can actually follow. At least that puts us a step above the Huffington Post.
Thanks for stopping in. I hope you like what you see and come back.
